Your privacy Enquiries with my services

Emily Jade Photography collects data such as your Email address, Contact information, names of those being photographed and a signature for my consent form.

When having done a session with you, I like to store your images for as long as possible encase you should ever come back to me with a need for them.

You are welcome to ask me at any point, what data I have, how I keep it and I will be happy to delete it on request if required.

For every session I require a consent form for adults to sign if they , themselves are being photographed, or for the adults to sign on their minors behalf.

This is just to assure I have your permission to photograph, share, use for advertisement and publishing of the photos, down on paper.

These forms are safely locked away and out of the use and sight of public. forms get shredded and discarded 12 months after the session has expired.

E-mails sent back and forth between myself and a client are also kept for 12 months before being deleted.

The reason for collecting your information is solely for the purpose of providing proof of service.

some of the data collected is only to be able to provide you with a better service.

E-mails collected by myself for data collection will mainly be used to send you exclusive offers and first entries into competitions.

NO DATA is sold to third parties or shared with anyone else but myself.

Booking fee requirement

When booking, I will reserve the time and date agreed on, and will not take other bookings for that time and date. Your session fee is to be paid 24 hours prior to your booking date and your Booking fee of £10 is to be paid upon booking your session to secure your shoot with me. If a booking fee cant be paid when attempting to book a session, the session wont be secure.

Once you have received your gallery and made your order I will present your price to you with the booking fee taken off your overall price.

Payment details are sent via email upon booking confirmation.

Rescheduling / Cancelling

If a client needs to reschedule a booking, then subject to my availability, all session fee's may be applied to the new booking agreement

. This is limited to one postponement only, if the second booking is cancelled the session fee will be lost and a new session fee must be placed to book a new date. Please give at least 42 hours notice of postponement or the deposit will not be able to be used towards a new date.

If the Client cancels the booking any less than a week in advance, the session fee is non-refundable.

Turnover Time

The editing process can take anywhere between 1 and 3 weeks depending on how busy I am.

Upon finishing your digital images, you will be presented with a link to your very own private online viewing gallery .Once image choices have been made any digital images will be ready for collection within a 2 week period.

The online gallery will only be live and available for you for 72 hours.

If you do not make an order with me during the time whilst the gallery is live, I will require a admin fee of £5 to reopen the gallery for a further 24 hours.

Copywrite Laws

Digital images, Prints and Copyright

Any digital images included in the session fee or additional digital purchased by the Client can be reproduced in any manner they like for sharing and enjoyment of friends and relatives. However, the Client must not reproduce any images for publishing or selling for profit. Printed images are not to be scanned, this is against copyright law.
